Everyone deserves a right to file a compliant. If your legal rights are violated, you must be allowed to formally file a formal complaint. It should then be read and action should be taken to stop the violation (as long as it isn't baseless, frivolous, or false). If inmates, people which were proven guilty of a crime deserve this right, why don't the minors. Why aren't minors guaranteed by law to be able to file a grievance about their parents?
