According to Wikipedia, 'There is a "zero tolerance" policy regarding poor behaviour. Children sit in rows, learn by rote and walk in single file between classrooms. Pupils must be silent in school corridors and are forbidden to gather in groups larger than four', even during breaktimes and the lunch hour.
